NCOA software, licensed by the USPS, will update addresses on your list by matching them to all Computerized Forwarding System units. NCOA will become mandatory for all bulk mailings as of November 23, 2008. You must re-process your list through NCOA every 95 days or if you’ve added additional contacts since your last NCOA update.
